Facilitation Services

(Co-design/Creative Collaboration)

I can work with you to facilitate training, reflection, or change-making collaboration with your board, staff, or members of your organization or community.

We start by meeting together to establish clear goals and a fiery purpose, and what the partnership will look like. Then I will continue to work closely with you and your organization throughout the design, delivery and debrief of the session or series.

I value creating a safe and brave space where meaningful conversations can take place. In collaboration, we can craft questions that can open up new discoveries and connections.

With Cate’s expertise in story development, the Indigenous Youth Storytelling Program at Assiniboine Park was a huge success. Her ability to work with youth to create thoughtful and engaging material was integral to our program. We are excited to work with her for many years to come!

— Anna Huard, Manager, Education & Programs, Assiniboine Park Conservancy

Cate led our final reflections session virtually, using her powerful story methodology. A great advantage of doing this on Zoom was being able to capture key leadership statements from each participant, which became an important part of their graduation ceremony a few weeks later. Thank you, Cate, from all of our inaugural President’s program participants!

— Suzanne Gagnon, President’s Student Leadership Program, University of Manitoba

Working with Cate to develop our organizational storytelling muscle has been delightful from end to end! Not only is she skillful, but she is also kind. Cate’s ongoing support and guidance is leading us to deepening relationships with our members as we practice harnessing the power of stories.

— Hannah Renglich, Director of Learning & Engagement, CCEDNet
